NICOLE MOLINARO (SHE/HER)

STAFF ATTORNEY

Nicole Molinaro joined DC Affordable Law Firm in August 2021 and represents clients in family law, immigration and probate matters. Beginning in 2023, Nicole’s practice will focus on serving family law clients through the Family Law Assistance Network. Prior to law school, Nicole she worked at NGOs focused on the Middle East and international legal services.

During law school, Nicole pursued her commitment to public interest legal advocacy through a number of experiences. In the Georgetown Law Civil Rights Clinic, Nicole represented clients in a number of claims, litigating deliberate indifference, use of force, defamation and employment discrimination suits. She defended individuals facing the death penalty in Northern Virginia and Guantanamo Bay, interned with the ACLU and the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, and was the student Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of National Security Law and Policy. As a member of the Pro Se Practicum at Georgetown, Nicole also spent time volunteering at the DC Family Court Self Help Center, assisting pro se litigants navigate the challenges of self-representation.

Nicole graduated summa cum laude from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies and earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Advocacy at Georgetown Law.
