Eva Niedermeyer joined the DC Affordable Law Firm in August 2024 and is currently pursuing her LL.M in Advocacy at Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to joining DCALF, Eva served as a clerk for two years in the chambers of the Honorable Maribeth Raffinan, an Associate Judge presiding over a Felony I calendar in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Eva graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University, where she double majored in Economics and Philosophy. Eva received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2022. During law school, she served as a research assistant for the Center on Gender Justice and Opportunity and worked as a student attorney in the Criminal Defense and Prisoner Advocacy Clinic where she represented individuals charged with misdemeanors. Eva was recognized as an Exceptional Pro Bono Pledge Honoree for providing over 200 hours of pro bono services, and she earned the Michael Feldman Advocacy Award for being voted as the person her fellow student attorneys would most want to represent them. Eva strives to provide compassionate, effective, and zealous representation to her clients.
