We provide targeted immigration services to clients who have or are experiencing torture, violence, persecution, abuse, neglect, abandonment, labor, sex, drug trafficking, or other traumatic events.

Asylum

The DC Affordable Law Firm assists children and adults obtain legal status when they have experienced violence, harm, or threats in their home country.

Application for Permanent Residency and Citizenship

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)

We help children who are in the U.S. and are under age 21 apply for legal status when they have experienced neglect, abuse, or abandonment by one or more parent.

U Nonimmigrant Status (U Visa)

We assist victims of criminal activity apply for a U Visa. If you have been a victim of theft, domestic violence, or other crimes while living in the U.S. and you have suffered mental or physical harm as a result, we may be able to help you apply for legal status.
